A dream to volunteer in Africa becomes reality thanks to Wildlife Research Africa. We were immersed in the middle of nature and camped next to animals. It was amazing to hear all the animals at night and wake up to lions roaring. We worked with the Wildlife Management team very close to wild animals and saw the behavior. The two weeks passed too fast but the photos and amazing moments will be carved in our memory for ever!

I loved the two weeks here with Wildlife Research Africa! The nights and mornings can be very cold but it is quickly forgotten for I have seen wild animals every day. Some times they are very close and it's very exciting. It was great to work with the Wildlife Unit and to see what their work entails. Everyone is ready to teach you a lot of things and always with a smile. Dewald is a perfect host that likes to talk about his country and to cook in the well equipped kitchen tent in the middle of the reserve. If you like nature, wild animals, camping and good meat, don't hesitate!

It was wonderful to volunteer in Africa and to come so close to such a variety of wild animals. We had lunch on the game viewer 10 meters from lions. I also enjoyed the view from the top of the mountain. As we camped in the middle of the reserve I could hear jackal, lions, baboons and hippos. It was very nice. It's a life's experience I will never forget! Thank you Dewald and the Wildlife Research Africa team and Entabeni for the experience.

It was the first time I experienced African wildlife and what a good experience it was!
The 2 weeks went by very fast and I saw more than I could imagine! I remember the first day when we followed the female cheetah for half an hour, later to see the pride of lions and all the other animals.
